1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Investlyy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Investlyy Does

Investlyy is a personal investing automation tool that connects to your brokerage account (Alpaca) and uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to suggest and execute investment actions on your behalf. All actions taken by the App are based on your explicit configuration and approval.

3. Not Financial Advice

The App does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations. All AI-generated suggestions are for informational and automation purposes only. You must independently evaluate all investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Investment Risk

Investing in securities involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. Options trading carries additional risk. By using this App:

You accept full responsibility for all investment outcomes.
You acknowledge that automated trades may result in losses.
You confirm you have appropriate options approval levels on your brokerage account before enabling options features.

5. Brokerage Connection

Investlyy connects to Alpaca Markets via your API credentials. Alpaca is a separate service with its own terms and is not affiliated with Investlyy. You are responsible for maintaining your Alpaca account in good standing.

6. Access & Accounts

Access is by invitation only. You may not share your account or invite link. The owner reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

7. Availability

The App is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continuous operation. We are not liable for missed trades, failed executions, or losses resulting from App downtime or errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investlyy and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any investment decisions made using it.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. What We Collect

When you use Investlyy, we collect:

Google account data: Your email address and name via Google Sign-In (used for authentication only).
Brokerage credentials: Your Alpaca API key and secret (encrypted at rest, used only to execute your configured actions).
Investment activity: Trade history, portfolio snapshots, and settings you configure in the App.
Usage data: Logs of App actions for debugging and reliability purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate you via Google Sign-In.
To connect to your Alpaca brokerage account on your behalf.
To generate AI-powered investment suggestions using Claude (Anthropic). Market data and portfolio summaries are sent to Anthropic's API — no personally identifiable information is included.
To send you email notifications about your investment actions (via SendGrid).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a SQLite database on Microsoft Azure (East US region). Alpaca API credentials are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. We do not store your Google password.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except as described above (authentication, brokerage execution, AI analysis, email delivery).

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If your access is revoked, your data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting the App owner.
